Resized images are saved as JPEG inside the ZIP. If you need a different output format, use the Image Format Converter's batch mode instead.
Will resizing crop or distort my photos?
No — only the width you set is applied directly; height is scaled proportionally so the original aspect ratio is preserved and nothing is cropped or stretched.
Can I resize images to be larger than the original?
Yes, but enlarging a photo beyond its original resolution will make it appear softer or blurrier, since no new detail is created — the tool works best for shrinking images down.
